Job Summary:
We  are  seeking  an  experienced  Head  of  HR  &  Administration  to  lead  our  HR  functions  and  drive organizational  development.  This  role  is  critical  for  fostering  a  goal-oriented  culture,  managing  HR operations,  and  supporting  digital  transformation  initiatives.  The  ideal  candidate  will  bring  deep  FMCG experience,  with  a  preference  for  those  from  family-run  organizations,  and  will  have  demonstrated expertise in creating an engaged, high-performing workforce.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications -  Full-time MBA in HR 

Work Experience -   Requirements – 10+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally within an FMCG setting.

Skills Required
Should have good Leadership skills and be able to motivate the team to achieve synergy.
Must be comfortable working in a standalone environment.
Able  to  work  to  deadlines  and  adapt  to  changing  conditions  ability to generate  effective  and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented.
Able to solve both operational and strategic problems with a practical and commercially viable approach.
Capable of making sensible and intelligent decisions in challenging situations, especially when facing tight deadlines
Self-motivated and self-aware - recognizes own strengths and weaknesses and is committed to personal development.
Displays integrity - is sincere in own behaviour and in dealings with others.
Should have a strategic vision both short term and long term. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
