Job Profile
·Process audit of In-house part & assembled part of Plastics component. ·Knowledge of basic 7QC tool, Knowledge of poke - yoke. ·Make a layout report according to drawing. ·To maintain 5S, kaizen & Why –Why analysis. ·Responsible for monitoring of Poke- Yoke, PPMS, Q- Chart, Jig& Fixture Validation, chart. Etc. ·Responsible for rejection monitoring and conducting analysis for the rejection through why-why analysis methodology. ·Preparation of Inspection Standard& PDI. ·Incoming material &outgoing material checked. ·Handle customer complaints and implement corrective action when necessary to resolve issues. ·Horizontal Deployment. · Process & Product Audit
